Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India. For orders below this amount, a small delivery charge of ₹69–₹199 may apply depending on your location.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee. All charges (if any) will be shown before you confirm your order.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
- Metro cities: 2–4 working days
- Other locations: 4–7 working days
 Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, sale events, or due to courier delays. You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped.
What exactly happens after ordering?
- You place your order on our website.
- You will immediately receive an order confirmation email/SMS.
- Our team packs and dispatches your order within 1–2 working days.
- A tracking link is shared with you so you can monitor the delivery.
- Your order is safely delivered to your doorstep.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an invoice by email. You can also download your sales receipt from the My Orders section of your account. If you checked out as a guest, your invoice will be attached to the shipping confirmation email.
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
At checkout, select the option “This is a gift” and you’ll be able to include a gift message. The price will be hidden on the receipt, and your order will arrive with gift-friendly packaging. If you missed this option, contact our support team immediately after placing the order.
How long do I have to return an order?
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, certain categories (like lingerie, innerwear, diapers, etc.) may not be eligible for returns.
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days after the return is received and inspected.

Is the recipient reimbursed?
Yes. If your order is returned or canceled according to our return policy, the recipient will be reimbursed. Refunds are processed only after the returned items have been received and inspected by our team.
Can I be reimbursed through the original payment method?
Absolutely. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout (credit/debit card, UPI, wallet, or net banking). Please note that the time taken to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Can the country receiving the shipment be different from the country of purchase?
Currently, shipping is limited to the country in which the purchase was made. If you wish to ship products internationally, please check if international delivery options are available at checkout.
How can I return an item?
To return an item, please contact our customer support team or initiate a return request from your account. Ensure that the product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within the return period mentioned in our policy.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?
Yes. We ensure that all product images displayed on our website accurately represent the item you will receive. However, minor variations in color or design may occur due to lighting, photography, or screen resolution.
Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock”?
We regularly update our inventory. If an item is out of stock, you can choose the “Notify Me” option (if available) to receive an email once it is restocked. For exclusive or limited-edition items, restocking may not always be possible.
